The quiet fine print behind every specimen we ship — written plainly, the way we would want to read it.
1. Living goods
Our specimens are living organisms. Minor variation in form, tone, and leaf count from catalogue imagery is natural and expected — each plant is an original.
2. Arrival guarantee
Every specimen travels in fully compostable transit engineering. If a plant arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and our curators will replace or refund it.
3. Care responsibility
Once acclimated to your space, ongoing vitality depends on the care rituals in our guide. We cannot replace specimens lost to prolonged neglect.
4. Privacy
Journal subscriptions and portal accounts store only the details you provide. We never sell curator data, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
